Do you own an article of clothing that makes you feel badass? Or even just boosts your confidence and makes you feel great when you wear it? That’s how I feel about this skirt. I love mini skirts but I don’t always have the best luck when it comes to the fit. The front always looks great. However, the back of the skirt is always an issue for me! The back hem usually sits right under my butt or doesn’t truly cover it, revealing some cheek which is not classy! For me to find a mini skirt that fits like a glove all over and is as badass as this one is a huge win for me! The buckle details and faux leather finish make this skirt so edgy and moto chic.
Fishnets have also made a big comeback this year. Many style influencers have worn them under distressed denim, which I love. I decided to pair mine with this skirt and a pair of ankle boots to keep the look edgy but chic. You can never go wrong with an all-black look!
I wouldn’t be a true New Yorker if my wardrobe didn’t consist of predominantly black. However, I am so ready to put them away and bring out all of my colorful spring clothes! New York is finally beginning to get some consistent warm weather, so I think its time for me to begin spring cleaning! 🙂
